  Item was never sent. When I had to go through eBay for a refund, seller spammed me with 10 messages calling me weird and all sorts. Took him days “to find out what stock he had”, lots of excuses so doesn’t have the items there himself. Order elsewhere. This experience was ridiculous. Claimed I was inpatient. I waited 2 weeks for an item that was meant to be here in 3 days. Only claimed to have the item after ebay had to intervene and give me my money back.

  Upsetting experience, arrived completely damaged. Told no box only after paying £300 and shipped late. Contacted seller for return for damage, told can "get £100 off" but I didn't want to accept it so got verbal abuse saying I was "abnoxious, unpleasantly aggressive and dramatic" only for standing up for my rights as a consumer and told I was sounding silly. Then got told "I will send someone to pick up tomorrow and you will receive refund and Christmas card. HAPPY?" So rude ):
