10 out of 10. I have used the original squirrel buster for several years because they are squirrel proof as long as they are hung correctly. They must not be within reach of a squirrel from n a nearby branch as it will be able to keep its hold and still reach the feeder without putting any weight into it. This is easy to avoid. Their squirrel buster plus is a notch above the original. It allows six birds to feed once they have agreed on the pecking order plus the feeding holes are all at the base. This means six can eat everything till the feeder is empty. It also allows the feed to stay drier. Distancing of the feeder still applies so that it is squirrel proof. My squirrels don't even look at it as they know they are beaten before they start so I feed them separately as I like them.
