A genuine pocket sized SSD.
I purchased this item to replace an older portable HDD which was not that portable and extremely slow. This Sandisk drive is literally one fifth the size of my old unit and is much lighter. It is also much faster and will hopefully prove to be more reliable, although only time will tell in that respect. Note that the full 4TB is not available. If memory serves me correctly I recall that the usable memory was about 3.7TB before I started transferring files to it. My only negative comment would have to be the supplied cable which is only 10 centimetres long excluding the plugs at each end. As I use a tower PC this meant I had to replace it with a longer cable or the drive would have been left hanging in mid air. Overall, this is an great piece of kit and excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money and well made.
Excellent value for money. Much better priced than the majority of the other units I looked at and it seems to be well made. Just plugged it into my WD External HD and it powered up straight away. Much cheaper than buying a new hard drive. Just as well I checked the power cable first, when my HD stopped working. It was delivered quickly as well.
