Very handy soft box
Im using this softbox for body photos in very small studio ,so very hard to find a good direction of light and the space is is the other problem to place all the things well.
This softbox doing what im waiting. Producing a very small angle of light, so I can illuminate only what I want. The built quality looks very good and strong, the bowens adaptor is very well built, holds my speedlight correcly.

This nvr is a big disappointment
I’ve used and installed few older (6MP/5MP models N81P) models in the past and functionality and features were very impressive. Finally I saved some money to upgrade my existing system as well so I’ve bought this new NVR to make myself happy. I expected at least same features (and maybe some improvements) coz its a newer and should be a stronger (4K) hardware. It was a big mistake. Unfortunately ANNKE just cut down the functions of this model very painfully. The biggest thing they removed the VCA functionality which was able to mark different events from cameras (if they supported this events) on the recording timeline and user was able to search this events from a drop down menu. For example line crossing, person counting . This VCA (video content analysis) menu item has been completely removed from the NVR, which is a mile step back. The smart playing function is not working completely on this NVR but the controls are there, motion detection events not marked on the playback timeline if continues recording set, the live viewing reacts (when you double click on some camera picture to make it full screen) shamefully slow, to switch back to the multi screen from full screen extremely slow, sometimes you got black empty frames for 4-5 seconds long before picture come in, while I’m using only 3(!!!!!) cameras only in 1080p mode for testing. I’m very scary what will happen if I use all the 8 available channels with higher resolution.
So this NVR is the newest available model from ANNKE but it’s very big disappointment, weak and slow in my opinion. I’ve bought it few days ago, shortly more cameras will arrive and I’ll test it with them and if is going to be more sluggish I’ll return it. The NVR model number is N48PAW, but you never see this, only if it’s arrived and you open the package. It’s advertised as 4K 8MP NVR
Positive side:
The unit itself is a rebranded Hikvision electronics which is good coz hikvision cameras and other ONVIF devices will work well. Box contains remote, HDMI cable so it’s nice. Unit has passive cooling and not makes noise, looks okay there is no that “cheap Chinese” feelings.
This model has two independent outputs (older models just showed the same content on vga and HDMI) so you can work on vga with the menu system and HDMI just shows camera footages. Also you can show different layouts and cameras independently on both outputs (but in my opinion, some of the configuration of this, slows down the whole unit).
One more bad experience. It looks like the nvr not really loves the H265 decoding mainly if I’m using different monitor and HDMI layouts. The picture just falls apart but very aggressively so the h265 video streams (I had two) became just a huge coloured splotch on the monitor. These streams also wasn’t visible on remote app (annke vision)
Unfortunately I had to re-set these two cameras to H264.
