After we fixed it, it now works great
When we received the printer the ink cartridge carrier would not move. It was stuck on the right side. I worked an hour and got it unstuck (thankfully without breaking it). The test we did was not good. We replaced all the cartridges, ran the maintenance alignments and cleaning and it now works beautifully. I think it all happened with the shipping. Maybe a little packing under the top would have been good since everything was already installed. We now love this printer and the printing is beautiful.
