A supper cool train set but in two tries they ended up rotten in the box for both engine trucks.
The 2005 Acela is like a Switz watch a marvel of O gauge engineering. The big problem it seems to me is that 2 out of two tries buying two new in the box sets is that both bearing arms on the engine trucks have disintegrated in the box from the metal used to make them. The trucks on the individual cars are fine in all cases. WE as a Grupe of train people need to get a replacement for these arms both left and right either from The Lional company or an alternative supplier to save one of the greatest train sets ever made.
