OK as long as you still have the old one
For a jaguar there's a large wave style washer hooked over the tabs. That part doesn't come with this. So you have to utilize your old one. Mine is from 2005 and was still fine. WO that washer it won't work at all.

Worked great
Using it for a PVC hose replacement with an inserted spring to prevent collapse.

Slower than the 667 memory it replaces but now I have 8GB in two slots instead of 2 GB.
Memory speed tests show that my older Crucial 667hz memory performs a bit faster. That surprised me but then this is very inexpensive memory and so far it's fine. It's working fine in an older PC that got a big processor upgrade as well while moving to Win 7 64
