Great rack, fits most of the bikes comes with all the attachments. Takes 10 min to install it.

Great Bag
I got mine pre-owned so it was a great deal. I looked up that these models go for $130 brand new so Im not so sure about that. If you can get this for less than $50 its great bag. Diaper wipes pocket is kind of too small, I think it can only fit small wipes.
