    Postage too longer than I would have expected. After buying it I was sent a message explaining that it would take longer to ship, this would have been better to know before purchasing. When it arrived the packaging was ripped, it was just plastic wrapping and offered little protection. It looked like the delivery people may have made holes in it to make it easier to pick up. The Mattress topper was however in good condition and seems fine. Overall I am happy.

    Do your best to avoid this seller and buy from someone else, hopefully one that respects you as a customer and is a decent human also. Item was poorly described but the seller was vile. Patronising, rude and poor to respond. As another user stated 'customer service is well beyond this seller's capabilities'. I couldn't put it better. Postage took absolutely ages, tracking had to be asked for and the item had damage that was not mentioned. It was incredibly satisfying to get a refund.

    Item was as I expected from the photographs. Looks great wired into my workshop. Despatch / delivery could have been quicker, supposed to be untracked but on day beyond latest expected delivery date turned up Royal Mail tracked. Suspect this wasn't the seller so much as the delivery agent used. However when I contacted the seller to chase they did respond quickly. Thank you.
