Good pump but first one only lasted 3 years

I mounted the last pump vertically on the return leg to the cylinder I personally feel it never really purged itself of air and it failed through cavitation. Although it’s said to ok to mount on this axis I changed it to a horizontal leg and you can fully vent through the bleed screw. Also do not use the fibre washers use rubber fat superior and guaranteed leak proof with having to graunch the valve nuts.
