  Ordered my stairs , slight delay in manufacturing , then sent incorrect stairs, this seems to be not good at all, but Dave the seller was in conversation with me all the way .He was responsive, apologetic , replaced a stair that was damaged with out fuss. I would definitely recomend Dave and his company and the stairs look fab.

  Very high quality cladding, David was excellent to buy from and very quick at responding to any messages we sent his way. We picked them up in person so we can’t leave feedback on delivery but David even showed us the range of machinery he has in his workshop.   The stair cladding kit I bought was made to order, it should have taken 12 days but I did have to wait a little longer than this, but I would like to say that it was worth the wait, The company was very transparent and communicated with me about the delay. And would like to say a big thank you to them. The workmanship is 100% it's a fantastic product they have made and can't wait to fit them. So thank you will definitely do business with you again 👍
