  Listing indicated a grade rod was included in the package, however, it did not ship with the site level and tripod. After multiple attempts to reach out to the seller with no reply, I’m forced to write this negative review. Seller should be banned from eBay in my opinion.

  Did not come with all items listed, contacted seller 2x an was ignored. Opened a claim and suddenly got a response. They only sent 2 of the 3 missing items I mentioned all 3 specifically that were missing and only got 2. Not happy to pay $1,000 and get such poor service, that's very disappointing. The good: The Level was in great shape and works as it should, I am happy with that.

  The seller showed and advertised a picture of a newer version of the Topcon receiver, but sold an older version for new version price. This is false advertising and marketing manipulation.
