Extinct Mammals (ExLib, NoDust) by Green, Tamara; Grolier Educational

    Good volume
It is a good book, and it's one of 10 volumes in a series called "Extinct Species." The pictures are good, and the trivia tabs give additional info into what the page is talking about. I would certainly recommend this book and all the others in the series for anyone interested in animals and conservation.

    Outstanding
My parents are die hard fans of this show. It's certainly entertaining for my mom because the main character wants to prevent a war. For those who like this show, I highly recommend the second season.
    T. Rex : Hunter or Scavenger? by Random House Staff; Thomas R. Holtz

    Detective work cool
The book is a second edition, the first one published in 2003. The only change to the book is that the time T. rex became extinct is now known to be 66 million years ago, not 65 million. The evidence the author argues for T. rex being a predator are very interesting and compelling, so I would recommend you read this book to your kids, and maybe even yourself.
