Great espresso machine
Great machine which arrived promptly. Instructions are clear but have to be read carefully. I have not used the steam spout or made a cappuccino yet, but the espresso is very good indeed. Strangely, Machine has turned off automatically a couple of times when I have removed the filter holder and takes about 5 minutes before it resets. I now clean and refill filter holder before turning the power on to avoid the reset, which must be a safety feature.

Great spring...but expensive
The spring is a good spring. It feels great and does the job....quite challenging to fit, but now in place, the washing machine works fine again. But at over £20 it is expensive - for a spring.

Good product but fiddly work to fit.
Good product which arrived promptly in a large box. Being plastic as opposed to fibrous, it was hard to fit. Some of the pre-drilled holes we not in the right place although it was easy to make new holes to secure the liner.
