M. Luther Quotation
I like the quotation. That Is why I ordered it. It appears to be unused tho it would not bother me if it were. Unusual quotations are often helpful in greeting cards, and I send many. This company has had several good sets of them.

Has Helped
My husband and I have used this with some success. It is not perfect, but has helped. Most of the time we seem to do well when we use it, but there are times that we still don't sleep as we should. I do like the 2 step approach, sometime in the future I would like to find more than 1 mg in the liquid capsule.
