Forget what you thought you knew about scoreboards
1 of 1 found this helpful This scoreboard drove me nuts until I discovered it just doesn’t make envelopes the way I always did. This scoreboard scores in a new way. The triangular plate sits snuggly on the RIGHT side of the scoreboard allowing a perfect diagonal, where the edge of the board has been shaped. You don’t measure and score each line separately you just measure once and score that line, rota 90 degrees, make the vertical score line line up with the horizontal mark on the magic triangle, you score rota repeat. You don’t have to measure ever single time you rota your card/paper. Just be sure to line your first measured score mark with the horizontal. So much quicker than previous scoreboards. When making an envelope box be careful to follow which lines are the new lines you score as you rota.
Despite my initial headache I love this scoreboard and would recommend it. Remember it is new, don’t bring your old crafting ways with you.

Christmas fun
Great fun to build. Simple repetitive steps, just change the colour for each bauble. Looking at possibilities of interchanging colours and adding “gem” stones to make it sparkle. They look so impressive. These are part of my Christmas tree decorations this year. I have brought additional sets so I can have a Lego decorated Christmas tree year in, year out.

Amazing Advent Calendar
When I saw this set I was taken aback, not only is it a great set of buildings but behind the brick cascade is a wealth of Christmas fun. Each “door” (pull out drawer) has a new LEGO project to build, with a separate set of instructions for you to open and build for each of the 24 days of advent. Looks absolutely stunning. A great Christmas decoration.
