AVOID this model now.
Does not compare with their earlier and slightly larger version (the R9924). The AAA batteries don't last long & reduced Analogue signal means many Stations are hard to receive / hear.

Old and Sturdy
I only say that sound qulaity and Reception are not good because it is an older analogue Radio by Roberts but far more study and with AA rather than AAA batteries that subsequent models had - so battery life is much longer. A pity that they discontinued this, in my opinion, better model than its successors.

Not cheap but really helps!
Useful for the itching associated with 'piles' - but in a severe case you still need to go to your GP.
