Definitely recommend!
I did not have the heart racing side effects at all I have even taken 2 at a time. Only when I do intense workouts. The is a very noticeable increase in sweat production during workouts when I take these. I took these for about 2 weeks only on days I worked out and lost about 8 lbs in that time. I would recommend you give these a try I had no side effects although I did see people saying they experienced heart racing be careful of that.

3 of 3 found this helpful I normally have super sensitive skin so I wash scared to use this but it is good. I use it after I get burned (after I do aloe vera moisturizer treatments to heal the cracked/compromised skin) to brighten my skin back up & smooth it out.

I have been having problems with it since I bought it.. DO NOT BUY AT ALL !
A lot of knobs to adjust. It is broken already. At first it wouldn't stick now it won't clamp my phone.
