Terrible Product and Aftercare Service.
15 Tog King Bed Size EXTRA FILLING WINTER EXTRA WARM 100% Duck Feather Duvet
I'm really not happy about the quality of this duvet. I've only been using this for less than 2 months and every single day I have a whole stream of feathers come out. I'm fully aware that feather products have 'leakage' but not to this extent. Every single square has feathers sticking out. They're all over my clothes ,bedding and bedroom. The duvet is really unusable, plus the points of feathers are quite sharp. I had hoped the stream of feathers would stop but it didn't. I sent two emails to the company but received no reply. I would have been happy with a replacement, if this was just a faulty product but nothing. Nearly £40 on a product that will likely end up in the bin and not even a reply from the manufacturer.
Avoid this company at all costs...
