Good intro to Yoga!
4 of 4 found this helpful First, I'll admit it, I've always hated the idea of Yoga. Being a fitness instructor for over 30 years, I always liked the idea of going as hard and sweaty as I can. I thought I'd like to finally give Yoga a try but wasn;t into the "deep mind experience" of many yoga DVDs. This is PERFECT! I've only done the beginners workout but Kathy Smith's style of teaching shines through. It is easy to follow yet challenging. No deep meditation or new age hype! Just a good stretch and strength workout!
Worth the money!

Decent Value but not for heavyweight
Good value but not super heavy duty. Wheels roll easily and will be easy to clean out, if they get tangled in debris. The seat is a little tipsy, not very sturdy. It is not for a 300 pound person as the first time they shift off center, it might break.
All in all WELL WORTH the $23!

Nice Practice DVD!
This DVD is a great supplement to my daughter's (age 7) Ballet class. This gives all the basics any little one would need to get the understanding of the movement and body placement for dance. The teacher is easy to understand and there are a few little girls of varying abilities and shapes to follow along!
