Does the job well

Not perfect but I doubt anything is.
It appears to me there is just no sure way of cutting wet wallpaper better than scissors if you can produce a line and follow it. Tried Stanley Knives, Special knife ground at 60 degrees and this cutter, Found it no better or worse than the knives.
