Silky Smooth Movement
This 3-way head is awesome. Incredibly stable with ultra-smooth motion on all 3 axis'. While it is on the "heavy" side at just over 3.5 lbs (1.6 Kg), that is part of what makes it so damn stable. This was an upgrade for me from a ball head and I only regret that I didn't upgrade sooner. Once you're used to using it you'll be able to quickly, smoothly and accurately pan, tilt & rotate with ease.
