  The seller cancelled the order just before collection, and refunded, saying that there was a damaged lead. I explained I could replace the lead and that it wasn't an issue. Lots of imperfect things are sold on ebay - fine provided purchasers are made aware. The seller did not reply . This item was a Christmas present, so I'm feeling very let down. I believe the seller wanted a better price and therefore cancelled the order, which makes a mockery of the eBay auction process.

  . I messaged you the day before collection /refunded, sent photo of split wire which was dangerous. I advised you, that I would not sell this item and was up front all the way. You advised you would replace the wire, which I was not happy for you to do, safety reasons. Tnis would come back to me if there was an accident. This was my item.i decide how it is sold. I advertised it as good, unfortunately on removing it from it's cabinet it wasn't. I reported you to ebay for you bullying messages .
