Superb Supplement
This is a vitamin that I intend to continue taking. Not only does it help with my chronic fibromyalgia, it helps other family members too. A one to add to the health list for sure!

Book for the Perplexed (Literally!!)
What a fantastic book!! I will be keeping the contents of this read close to heart. Liberating to say the least. All who look upwards and loathe herd mentality and being labelled for not fitting into the mould of the follow-my-leader scene will see the point of the author and his words. A BIG plus was old names that I would never have known have found me, so more good reads to explore. A win-win for me!
