Iodine used on burnt skin
Bought the iodine for a burn on my right arm , which wasn't healing well , - after a few days of applying the iodine 3 times a day , the skin is renewing itself & no longer itching , - I should have taken a before & after photo , but showed my daughter & she said how much better it looked , so though I don't have proof to show as part of this review , I am really pleased with the obvious effectiveness of this product used on a rather nasty burn , now looking much more peaceful !

high strength b vitamin complex & vit c
these b complex with vit c are especially good for people who have high stress levels, fatigue , sleep difficulty , in fact so many things related to chronic stress ,- i take these , as does my daughter who often has hyper sensitivity ,in large part due to trauma suffered ,- these we have found , really help to level out stress responses , helping a person to feel calmer , and therefore more positive
