Sous Vide a great buy
This is a bargain priced Sous Vide circulator , silent in operation, set cooking temperature is accurate to 0.1 degrees centigrade throughout the temperature range, cant fault it, a quality product. Free gifts are also good quality and work well and free delivery included.
Tips
(1) measure your saucepan / pot with measuring jug minimum 6 litres max 15 litres.suggest you buy a new pot if outside this range.
(2) If you have a Android phone search playstore sous vide apps this will give you cooking times and temperature settings.
(3) download the food labs guide to Sous Vide chicken breast this will explain all about why you can cook chicken breast safely sous vide at low temperatures.
