  Not happy with the order I received.I ordered the item shown in the pictures. They showed chisel tip markers but the item I received were with the bullet tips. Before leaving any negative feedback, I first contacted the seller and send them the details. Later they respond me that they have sent the required item. I have been waiting for the item. I contacted again about the delivery update but didn't get any further response from the seller, which made me to leave such feedback.

  I ordered a set of three, said there were several sets in stock. Only two arrived. I had to email twice.They sent a partial refund for the missing book. Fair enough. Would have ordered the books separately at same price each if I'd known. Books excellent, sent quickly and well packed. Good communication from seller.
