  The statue, regrettably, was damaged when it arrived. It arrived quickly and was packaged decently. My only criticism is I didn't see "Fragile" marked anywhere on the box and the little cubed foams it was packed with easily slid to one side, exposing the other side to damage during travel. But the seller was very honest, communicative and willing to resolve any issues. I would shop here again. Thank you! Can't wait to make that Volvagia Diorama!

  Sold me a statue that unfortunately had a broken piece due to shipping and he offered a full refund but I decided to keep it and the salesman also gave me a partial refund for the repairs. Honest and true seller. I advise anyone who wants to buy from this seller to just go for it as it’s certain you will either find middle ground or a refund to get your money back if things don’t work out. Very efficient on replies as well. Overall 10/10 experience!!

  BEWARE THIS IS A SCAMMER! He tried to convince me to use paypal F&F (non refundable) after i refused 2 days later his paypal got " frozen" and i had to refund and pay with ebay directly. At first he responded fast but since sept 3 up to today he has answered once on oct 16 . He kept lying the factory had a 3 week holiday then the factory doesn't send tracking code. He kept postpoing so ebay protection runs out. 3 months of NOW SHIPPING(untracked)and now deleted all his ebay info and social media

  This seller was very helpful at first but after one week after asking them about the status of my ppurchase he display. this seller hasn't reresponded my messages. This guy might scam you. Don't trust him(still waiting for my stuff to be shipped 😡)
