poor quality, does not seem to be HDMI 2

One cable I received had poor connectivity with the feed dropping on the screen which was unusable, the other cable could not handle playback of fast motion video which an HDMI 2 cable should. Having compared with a cable I know to be of good quality, it was clear the cables were at fault.
