Fractal Design Define R6 USB C Tempered Glass Mid Tower Case - Black Mid Tower

Quiet, great cooling, excellent front io with optical Bay 👍

Got this case after reading many reviews, I still like to keep an optical bay for things that need firmware updates via cd/dvd, it's just handy. 4 USB plus USB c on the front also seems rare these days! Gone from a bequiet silent base 600, this case is brilliant quieter and cooler temps, replaced one of the included 140mm fans for a bequiet high speed pwm to make use of the fan controller's speed monitoring and using a 240mm aio at the top. The open vent for the top is brilliant! Main gripe for me, the panel on the side, I don't get it, I'm assuming it's to hide cables but as for me this is hidden under a desk aesthetics are not to important for me, but I only figured out how it gets removed after putting it together, in its default position it gets in the way of the gpu I'm using, msi 2080 gaming trio, it fits but it's difficult to get the power cables in, if I ever replace the internals I will remember to move that for easier access! Happy with it, I just don't understand how cases have gotten to the point with pricing!

Works as expected!

Having an older Z170 with a 6700k, I was doubtful this would run at xmp profile of 3200, but to my surprise it just works, stable, noticeable increase in performance in programs that are affected by ram over the 2400 kit I had before, no idea if they overclock well, but happy they are running at the right speed stable 😁
