  This was the second order that I placed for this item...the first was for x2 of the same design which were perfect...however this subsequent order was not as good as the first in that the item was smaller and the bristles were bent and misaligned...the seller promised to send me a replacement but as I write the 18th September 2024 this has yet to be received...Good customer service UP TO THIS POINT...but will await replacement which is overdue....

  They shipped out late and didn’t reply to my inquiry and dispatched wrong colour i wanted gold as the pictures but they sent me copper which i think they were out of stock so they ended the listing and dispatched me the copper gold instead rather then asking me if i want the exchange. Poor service

  Do not use this seller as your item will probably not arrive, 3 different items I ordered none of which were sent, no response from seller and had to go through eBay to get a refund. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
