Infuriating
The mouse acceleration is choppy and temperamental, it is very difficult to hit your target unless auto aim is turned on. The control scheme cannot be altered even though there is an option to do so, it does not save your changes and it is not a typical configuration. For some reason when I aim through the pistol scope is shows me a viewpoint two feet away from where the gun is actually aiming,
But the worst thing about this game is the level design. You are frequently ambushed, out gunned and out numbered. There are no checkpoints so when you die, which you will, you must begin again from the start of the level. This Turok does not live up to its predecessors. If you want a modern Turok get the 2008 remake, if you want the best one get the original.
