Dont believe these to be a Genuine Apple product
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought one previously from Argos that works perfectly but decided I needed a few more to stop me forgetting to lift my earphones for my phone. The two I bought from E-bay are slight different to the Argos design in terms of the thickness and length of Cable which tells me they are not the same product although they have the same product number on them. They work where you can listen to music on the iPhone XS however when the connection is moving there is interference in the sound and you cannot skip, pause music or answer the phone.
