Great value for money

I have bought this product from several different sources in the past but this was great value for money. Don't take my word for it. Compare the price with others advertised. And it's the SAME product - not an inferior substitute like you might expect. Will be back for more.

Unsatisfactory

I ordered 10 of these MP3 players. I have bought many of these from different suppliers in the past but this seemed a reasonable price. Only 5 of them worked. One did not work at all and the other 4 had the instructions in Chinese! I am aware that the language can be re-programmed but, as soon as you switch off then on, it reverts to Chinese!!!! I contacted the supplier who said they "didn't know the answer" but they had contacted the manufacturer and "would you remind us later". When I did remind them some time later I got a reply in Chinese! I replied that I don't speak Chinese and was told "you could try translate on Google". Customer care, or what?
