Lovely product tinged with frustration!

Please, please why was there no usb plug adapter included considering the price? Also life would be a lot easier for those who are not as computer literate if a manual was included so without the the need to spend ages trying to download the correct version in a format we could read. The display is not easy to follow without simple straightforward instructions, an 'idiots' guide would have saved me hours of frustration.
