A card worth having
Although it's not considered a key card in the 1948 Bowman collectors list, I rate it right up there behind the key cards as listed by the cardboard connection.

old cards are old cards...
These cards, (the 1948 Bowman football set), in their raw form get handled too much to garner a good professional grade (PSA 5+). It's best to find the encapsulated cards. Most can be brought at reasonable prices, offers and bids right here on Ebay. graded cards of 90% of the raw cards are PSA 4+, at best if they were graded today. There are a few exceptions, but that's rare. Even the coveted short prints are of low quality,.Soft edges, creasing, mis-cuts, trim jobs and off centering. So much must go into evaluating the quality of this card in it's raw state to conclude it's actual value and graded worth.
