Absolutely disgusting person said he had posted item out twice 1st one with tracking number never arrived asked postman tracking number did not exist said he sent another 1st class that never arrived he said i either had either had them and was lying or they had been stolen by postman I made a complaint with eBay a parcel arrived today from him I opened in front of postman it was empty except for a black pouch. Only wanted one charm for a birthday present disappointed. A very nasty man

Shocking, posted the item out to the buyer & she "claimed" item not received, so I sent out a replacement but she again claimed item not received, at that point I just refunded to be done with her but then today tracking shows at least one of them was delivered, the excuse she comes up with now is that the package is "empty" so that's 2 charms and a refund you have had, the negative feedback is just the icing on the cake! I'm Disgusted beyond belief. Reported & blocked
