  Product was good, seller dispatched the item quickly but left out part of l the address (EPC code) which led to significant delays and me spending time on the phone with Royal Mail and Ebay. Seller replied quickly to message but was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Mistakes do happen, but the seller did not think it necessary to apologise after I sorted the problem. This was not a positive experience.
