Good price, short lived internals

This is the second one I have had to replace in 5 year old rented houses. Cam follower worn and bolt shoot moving poorly. Replacing with same as the face plate is longer than other Union options. At least it has brass levers rather than the stamped steel ones on another Union lock that I tried to take the cam follower front. Price with FFX is very good, not their fault about the quality.

Genuine Makita cheaper than poor copies

18 volt 2Ah battery delivered in a couple of days. Brilliant price, works well, lasts almost as long as my genuine Makita 3Ah battery. Very light to use with battery vacuum. Very happy with prompt service.

Seller good, Ford manual writer very bad

Ford handbook for a Mondeo that cost upwards of £20,000 new. Had better instructions for a food mixer. Messy and barely comprehensible. This is down to Ford, nothing to do with the re-seller. The simple stuff badly explained, the complicated stuff totally obscure. Had the writer actually seen a Mondeo?
