Ruined trip
1 of 1 found this helpful Drove to Saunders foot south Wales 219 miles each way.
Set up NGT beachcaster rid with a 5 oz weight on about the 4th cast out a ring (eye) became detached from rod and was sliding up and down a section of the telescopic rod .
The edges of said ring frayed my line so couldn't use the rod and when I tried to collapse the rod then last piece (tip). Would not collapse or slide down into its housing section.
Can't be bothered to send back as it was only £12.99 so I suppose you get what you pay for a stick to grow beans up.
Ruined my weekend in Wales and would NOT recommend it to anyone.
