Good product and not plastic.
Not used it yet but it's exactly as described and is sturdier than I was expecting. I'm happy with it.

Long lasting and efficient.
Had this model for 10 years before it started to fail. I killed it by cooking cereal and forgot the milk. Bought exactly the same model to replace it. I don't think appliances do more than one job well and I wanted a microwave, period. It's great.

A bit of a struggle to use
It's too short to make it easy to use.Worryingly the head between the bristles turned black after first use.
