Right Product or Wrong Product

I received 12 shorter toilet rolls instead of the 6 larger ones ordered. They still fit the dispenser but will need replacing more frequently. Apparently larger ones were out of stock. I now understand why shorter ones were supplied but it would have been nice to receive an explanation at the time, rather than having to seek it. Will probably reorder though as good value

Just Unlucky?

I put 4 in my fitting and one only lasted the weekend but 3 months later the others are still fine. Just Unlucky?

A bit darker than expected

It went on a little darker than I expected but I've mixed it with a tin of 'Natural' (not cedar natural) and I'm very pleased with the results
