CHEAP POOR QUALITY ITEM

easy to link with tv using 4 digit code but found from first use some of the buttons as they should each time they are pressed.
one week later I really have to squeeze them hard to get them to work, that's if they even work at all !!
Used new Duracell batteries etc but made no difference.
seller doesn't seem interested in listening to my complaint just told me to use new quality batteries and follow the instructions.
my advice....... don't buy one..... they are rubbish !!!!
