this stuff works

I have been using L theanine powder to help with sleep for a few years now and it really works for me. It is a naturally occurring amino acid that promotes relaxation. I remember it took 2 or 3 nights for my body to get used to it but after that anytime I need help to drop off a large pinch of this will do the trick and it does not leave any feelings of drowsiness the following day. I had tried many things before this none of which were as helpful and all of which had noticeable side effects the following day. If you have trouble sleeping give this a try.

takes time but definitely works for me

I have been using this product continuously for about 3 years. It takes a few months to show improvement but then regrowth begins. I waited too long before using it and regrowth is obvious but limited. I will never have all my hair back but the almost bald spots have filled in nicely. It is expensive to use but after the first few months I started to use it once a day instead of the recommended twice a day and improvement has continued anyway. It leaves the hair feeling a little greasy so you may have to wash your hair a little bit more often than previously.

does it's job well

nice and quiet. restful lighting. gives out a goodly amount of aroma, of course the more oil you add the stronger the smell. not sure about the quality of the power connection on the unit. The first time I detached it from the power lead I had difficulty reattaching it. I just kept working at it gently and eventually it went back on. So now when refilling with water/smellies I detach the power lead from the computer instead which works well.
