Great product
I was forced to buy this control after my original remote was chewed to pieces by my new pup. In all honesty I cannot see a difference between this and the original. It carrie's out the same functions and feels just as well made. I had to tune it to my tv which took all of 7 seconds. All you have to do is point the control to the tv and hold down the pause and return buttons at the same time and wait until a message appears telling you that it is now paired

Great product at a fantastic price
When I bought this I thought the price was a bit low for the product. When it arrived, it has a clearly marked label stating it's a second due to cosmetic damage. There was a small dent at the back which in no way affects the product hence the 5 stars. This is a great product, makes enough for 2 meals and is a product I will definitely use for many years to come its a well made product that is well worth the money. Only has 3 settings so is very easy to use. 1 setting allows you to keep food warm after its cooked which is a great feature. Excellent seller and dispatched the day it was ordered
