Good product but very difficult installation. Some features still not installed.

The supplied online license did not work and my purchase still isn't showing in my AVG account. After considerable trouble I was referred to AVG -Go who installed it remotely from Manilla. This took over 3 hours and cost £160.00. They had to uninstall Kaspersky and Malware Bytes. At the end of this all I have is the basic tune-up package which works as it should but with no extras. Very expensive and poor result. Not sure where the blame lies, but one unhappy customer.
