Great!
8 of 8 found this helpful Really happy with the hen house, the predrilled countersink holes and dowels made it possible to build by myself, it only took about an hour and forty minutes to put together (including tea break!).
Would have given it 5 stars except for a few hinges and clasps that didn’t quite meet up- although this wasn’t too much bother to tweak and move these.
I highly recommend. I also liked the fact there was very little plastic used in the packaging (maybe an alternative for the few bits of polystyrene would be lovely though). The pretty yellow paper will keep me in wrapping paper for the next year- so added bonus!
As for the size I’m happy to be putting 3 hens in, although mine will be allowed to free range when I’m not at work. I’m not sure I’d want to put more than that in- although my 15 year old does fit rather nicely...
