  Hi, I am very sorry that you've reported an issue with the postage. On my side I can assure that I paid the full amount as mentioned on the item description, and nobody at my post office said there was anything wrong with the parcel and its cost, so I don't understand why you had to pay anything extra. I would have prefered to be inform about this in order to offer a solution than receiving a negative feedback. I hope you are now happy with the dress. Kind regards Stephanie
