The Dartmoor was sent to USA. The Buyer was provided with tracking information. The knife was rejected as prohibited & returned to us. This was a mistake and we are trying to discover who made this wrong judgement. We have shipped Dartmoors all around the world for almost 20 years. What is even more disappointing is that we have done business with this Buyer before. Why not FIRST talk to us, instead of leaving our first negative for 20 yrs
