Saw it on one of the morning shows about hoarding and struggling to get anything out of it.
I saw this on a morning show where they were discussing the signs of hoarding and interviewed the lady who wrote this book. I bought the book immediately and jumped in to read it as soon as it got here. I got about 40 pages into it and it was not going anywhere, in my humble opinion, and it is still sitting on the nightstand with a bookmark in it.
She seems to amuse herself in her writing style but I am not the right audience.

I have been taking it for a couple of years and not sure it helps but do not want to go backwards is it is helping.
